So... I was just watching Mental - a TV show about a mental hospital. In it the Director of Psychiatry is treating a young boy who likes to disappear into a video game in his head in order to escape the mental illness he inherited from his mother. The Dr observes that the boy is running to repeated obstacles/demons while trying to get to his happy places. The Dr advises the boy to look for the backpack on the ground, because in it he will find whatever he needs to get past the demons. Sure enough the boy finds the backpack and finds what he needs to get past the demons.
So I figure that's a pretty good metaphor my journey to a million dollars. When I get scared, or don't know what to do or don't think I have what I need, all I have to do is look in my backpack. Whatever I need will be there.
Ask and it is given. That's the promise, right? So I'm asking.
First off I'm asking to make to day 75 having made a million dollars. Second I'm asking that everything I need for this journey to be placed in my magical backpack. That includes vehicles for money to flow through, the confidence I need to create a vibrational match to being a millionaire and anything else that may come up along the way.

What the Hell Am I Doing?
So who does something like this? Decides to create $1,000,000.00 in 75 days?
Someone who has finally decided it's time to be free.
Once upon a time I was working on my Freedom Manifesto. But it fell to the wayside and I'll be lucky to be able to find any part of it again.
Why did it fall to the wayside? Because I've always got so much I want to do. So much I want to change about myself.
So I've collected all of these tools. Read all of these books. Taken all of these classes. And still, it seems like I don't accomplish much of what I set out to do.
Partly because the list is always so long.
Partly because of time.
Partly because of energy.
Partly because of money.
Partly because my focus is split.
Well I'm not going to try to solve everything at once any more. I'm going to take all of the business and personal development tools I've collected and use them all on the money issue.
OK that makes some sense at least. But why a $1,000,000.00?
Because a million is a symbolic amount of money in our culture.
Because it's so large it can't be a coincidence.
Because it's so large I can't do it without acknowledging Spiritual assistance.
Because it's an amount that's beyond just getting by and buying a nice house. It's large enough to really be fun.
Because I won't be able to deny my own power and/or the power available to me from the universe.
Because the thought enlivens me.
Because I've got other things I want to accomplish and this represents being able to do ANYTHING.
Because the principles of Conscious Creation don't care whether it's a dollar or a million dollars. Any hangups are all in my mind.
Because it's a unique idea - at least I've never heard of it before.
Because then I can marshal resources to work on my next goal which is health related.
Because then I'll really know the power of the Law.
Because I'll know I can stand up to the challenge of "no matter what."
Because I'm ready to give up working for "the man" and get on with my real work/play in this life.
So this Challenge starts on Saturday, June 20, 2009 and runs through September 2, 2009.
